White Oak Primary School is joining together with our high school to dedicate tomorrow as “Blue-Out for Brock” day. Students and staff who wish to participate may wear blue tomorrow to show your support for this courageous little boy and his family. You are also invited and encouraged to take pictures and post them to the “Battle for Brock” Facebook page along with an encouraging word or message of support from WOISD. Hashtags being used include #battleforbrock and #prayforbrock.
Brock’s mom is Paige Austin Gumm, a White Oak graduate. Let us join together in the spirit of brotherhood and support for our neighbors and former Roughneck. Being able to support others in a time of need is a large part of who we are and what we represent at WOISD.
It’s battle time, so get your blue on tomorrow!
(Blue shirts, pants, socks, hats, shoes are encouraged. No blue hair, please.)
